7.1 Prerequisite Conditions / Điều kiện tiên quyết

• Related systems must be internally QA/QC passed / Các hệ thống liên quan đã nghiệm thu nội bộ (HVAC, điện, FA...)
• DDC logic and graphics must be approved / Logic điều khiển và đồ họa đã được phê duyệt
• BMS network infrastructure must be completed and tested / Hạ tầng mạng BMS đã hoàn thiện và kiểm tra xong
• Third-party protocols (BACnet/Modbus) verified / Giao tiếp BACnet/Modbus đã kiểm tra thành công ở thiết bị

7.2 Pre-Commissioning / Kiểm tra trước chạy thử

• Verify wiring and power supply 24VAC/DC to DDC / Kiểm tra dây, cấp nguồn DDC 24VAC/DC
• Upload final control logic to DDC / Tải chương trình điều khiển vào DDC
• Confirm network communication with HMI/Server / Kiểm tra kết nối mạng với server/HMI
• Ensure approved point list and graphics are ready / Chuẩn bị danh sách điểm và đồ họa đã duyệt

7.3 Testing Procedure / Quy trình kiểm tra

a. Digital Inputs (DI) / Ngõ vào DI

• Simulate ON/OFF condition from field device. / Mô phỏng trạng thái ON/OFF từ thiết bị hiện trường.
• Verify corresponding change in graphic symbol and status. / Kiểm tra sự thay đổi tương ứng trên biểu tượng và trạng thái đồ họa.
• Check naming consistency, alarm status (if any), and color logic. / Kiểm tra tính nhất quán tên điểm, trạng thái báo động (nếu có) và logic màu sắc.
